ABOUT JOSH
The majority of my experience comes from athletics. At Bowling Green State University I played for arguably one of the greatest football Coaches of all time (Urban Meyer). Through hard work, determination and a relentless desire to tap into and develop my internal and external greatness, I was blessed to have a record breaking career and be recognized by the football powers that be as an All-American, a Davey O’Brien (National Quarterback Award) semi finalist and Heisman Candidate (2003). My dreams became a reality when I was drafted in the sixth round of the 2004 NFL Draft, by the Baltimore Ravens. Over the course of the next three seasons I spent time with the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants, as well as spending some time in the Canadian Football League and Arena Football League. The experiences gained from both the ups and downs of living out my career as a professional athlete, have shaped and molded me into an unstoppable force to be reckoned with. I look forward to sharing these experiences with anyone that will listen, because the principles I learned are universal and may make the difference between "winning" and "losing".

Joshua1and5 is the company and platform, from which I speak, train, educate, motivate and inspire! I believe that it is my responsibility to share my knowledge and experiences with people that are looking to improve their positions in life. One of my main beliefs is that “Winning is Fragile.” I translate the experiences and traits that it takes to win each day in athletics, to the off the field battles that occur in our everyday lives. Joshua1and5 is available to speak to and train groups, individuals and companies on the TRUTH about WINNING and what it takes to do it at the highest level everyday!
